"Absolutely Fantastic!"
This hotel is very conveniently located across the train station. We stayed in lake view room with 2 toddlers. The room was very spacious with extra sofa bed. The view from the balcony was just fantastic. We had reserved mountain view room for a family but to our surprise, we were given this large size lake view room with balcony. The room and bath room were very clean. Initially we were told that breakfast is not included in our booking but I had a printout of booking from Travelocity with clear mention of breakfast. They showed me a booking confirmation they had sent to a company used by travelocity with no mention of breakfast. I asked them to call travelocity because travelocity has a guarantee of satisfaction. I don't know if they actually called or not but we were allowed to have breakfast without extra charge. The breakfast was amazing. I would not have paid CHF 19/person for it but it was worth it. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights in a superior lake view room...had a fabulous view of the lake and mountains, a lovely terrace in a clean and spacious room. Great location for the station, the ferry and all the waterfront/towncentre restaurants.....highly recommended. Would also recommend the Palais Orientales restaurant and the 'Chocolate Train' that goes to Gruyere (cheese factory) and Bloc (chocolate factory)...and don't miss Chateau Chillon, stunning! Don't forget to take plenty of money....switzerland is pretty pricey...!
